This means your employees can spend extra time on certain sections if they are struggling with them and can quickly pass through sections that are easy for them to comprehend. This is also ideal for busy employees, such as single parents.

The cost of a traditional course and an online course can vary. Traditional courses tend to be more expensive, as they require resources and planning. Online courses also come at a cost but are generally more affordable. If your business has a strict budget, an online course could be the best option.
